Sun Hung Kai Properties – Plaza 228 (Brand Identity & Marketing Collateral)
Much Creative has been commissioned by Sun Hung Kai Properties to design and develop the brand identity for their new office building, Plaza 228, located in Wan Chai. The project scope includes creating a comprehensive brand identity system design and producing a series of promotional materials for the office market, such as leasing brochures, photography, promotional pamphlet and presentation board.
The primary objective of this project is to establish a strong and compelling brand identity for Plaza 228 that reflects the building’s unique features and appeals to the target audience. The brand identity will be applied across various marketing materials to effectively promote the office spaces available for lease.
